One of only two machines of its kind currently on Okinawa is located
in our pineapple factory.
It operates 2 – 3 times a week and
if your timing is right, you will have the chance to see the pineapple
cutting process.

Whole pineapples are transported along a conveyor
belt where they are hollowed out and sliced to a thickness of approximately
1.5cm.
